Hauhouse (HEC) is proud to announce that the main Heat Pump equipment has safely arrived at Bangjie Knitting Factory (Hung Yen-Vietnam), marking an important transition from the construction phase to the critical installation phase.
Readiness for Technical Infrastructure: Over the past months, our team of engineers has worked tirelessly to prepare the infrastructure, to date almost completing the complex pipe network and structural foundation system required to operate this system. With the preliminary infrastructure ready, the construction site is now in the most ideal state to integrate the newly arrived high-temperature equipment.
A big step forward in "Sustainable Manufacturing": This machinery handover event is more than just transporting equipment; It is a milestone in the journey of industrial electrification in Vietnam. Once installed, this system will provide Bangjie with a high-performance solution, replacing traditional boilers, generating clean steam, hot water, and cold air; while significantly reducing operating costs and carbon emissions.
Next phase: Our team is currently focusing on the technical installation and synchronization of Heat Pump modules. This stage requires highly precise techniques to ensure that recovery of residual heat from production lines is fully optimized, achieving the maximum COP (Coefficient of Efficiency) as committed.
